Beauty Deposit Policy

1. Appointments require a 30% deposit for treatments 1.5 hours and over. There will be a 50% charge if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, cancelling or no-showing will result in full treatment cost to be charged to your card on file.
2. A patch test is required for LVL, HD Brows, Sculpt, Lash tint and Lash Extensions 48 hours before treatment.
3. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive any later than 10 minutes then can lead to a possible reschedule.
4. The lakes are extremely busy especially on weekends, please give yourself plenty of time to park and arrive for your appointment.
