Beauty Deposit Policy
- Appointments require a 30% deposit for treatments 1.5 hours and over. There will be a 50% charge if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
- A patch test is required for LVL, HD Brows, Sculpt, Lash tint and Lash Extensions
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive any later than 10 minutes then can lead to a possible reschedule.
- The lakes are extremely busy especially on weekends, please give yourself plenty of time to park and arrive for your appointment.

- Colour appointments require a 30% deposit upon booking. There will be a 50% charge if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.
